Every fact below links to the servicer's own published page and shows when we last checked it. Your claim packet always wins if it says something different.

• Chase

  Chase handles insurance claim checks through a Chase-branded version of Assurant's InsuranceClaimCheck portal. Chase publishes its process tiers by claim size, and Chase checking customers can receive disbursements by direct deposit.

• Mr. Cooper

  Mr. Cooper directs homeowners to insuranceclaimcheck.com for the claim-funds process and publishes a clear monitored-claim rule: claims over $40,000, or accounts behind on payments, are disbursed incrementally as repairs are completed.

• My servicer isn't listed

  Every mortgage servicer has this process, usually under the name 'loss draft department'. Many use the same Assurant-run InsuranceClaimCheck portal; others run their own. The steps in your roadmap are the same — only the addresses, phone numbers, and dollar thresholds differ.
